FiveTech's Electric engine project

In the past months I have been designing an electric engine (three phases), axial double sided design.

This is how it looks like in AutoCAD:

The AutoCAD plan for this engine is going to be open source, so everyone is welcome to
build it and test it :-)

Currently this engine is being manufactured in China and I expect to receive it by end of this month,
so by march we should have first working tests and power measurements of the engine.

Dear Antonio,

really I'm curious about the motor, the design is the rotor, but I can't see anything about electricity, it will be in the stator (coils).

What I really interest are the magnetic motors.

If you have some time, maybe you can explain a little more about your project

good luck

Marcelo

Marcelo,

The central disk is the stator where the coils will be attached.

The sides disks are the rotors where the magnets are placed.

The disks are being manufactured at China and I expect to receive them by mid March.
Aluminium disks 10 mm thickness.

Once they arrive I will start mounting the coils and I will post photos and videos :-)

Antonio,

I can see, then this will be a Brushless motor, the control will be electronically, maybe PWM, sorry I don't have many knowledge about motors but I'm curious, but don't worry, I can wait to see the final prototype

suerte con el emprendimiento

saludos

Marcelo

You can review it in 3D, wait and it will move and you can move it with the mouse too! :-)
